Overview: Hybrid remote/onsite position Job Description Summary: Analyses business needs, defines requirements, develops solutions, implements, manages, and supports systems. Ability to work flexible schedules to meet job requirements; requires 24/7 on call after-hours support. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Carries out systems analysis and provides support for complex medium to large systems across several departments. Manipulates, mines, and analyzes large, complex datasets. - Creates and maintains high quality system, report, and interface test scripts.Tests and debugs systems to ensure they are functioning properly. coordinates user acceptance testing. - Serves as a customer liaison for assigned business areas and provides technical support and troubleshooting for systems issues. - Documents system design, testing, and maintenance procedures for future reference. Assures data integrity and system survivability by developing and maintaining Disaster Recovery plans for assigned systems. - Collaborates with other IT professionals to integrate new systems with existing ones. - Performs system updates, patches, service releases, and upgrades as needed.
