Your Main Responsibilities: - Supports Process Owners and Process Managers in executing and improving defined IT service processes. - Enables the roles by providing guidance, documentation support, and operational coordination. - Experience with process‑management frameworks such as ITIL - Assists in creating ADINS/BPMN process models and ensures consistent process documentation. - Takes over the Process Manager role for selected processes, including monitoring, maintenance, and continuous process improvement. - Facilitates alignment between stakeholders and ensures that processes follow agreed standards and governance.
