Location: Columbus, OH Hours: Salaried / Full-time/ 50 hours weekly. Year-round position starting immediately. Compensation: The starting base salary is $1800/week or $93,600 annually for Lead Directors; bonuses and incentives will be available based on performance and project. Responsibilities: Hit Campaign Deliverables - Manage a team that meets or exceeds weekly and monthly donor acquisition, donor retention and average gift amount goals. - Develop strategic plans to reach constituencies in assigned locations. - Lead by example by canvassing independently and/or with staff four days per week on average to achieve individual and team acquisition goals. Staff Management & Team Building: - Manage a team of 8-12 full-time and part-time staff who will sign up an average of 40-60 donors per week. - Develop, motivate, and manage a team to hit their goals by ensuring they have the tools and skills to do the job well through training and development opportunities, 1:1 and team meetings, and information sharing on campaign and current events...
