Description We here at Independent Recycling Services are seeking a professional to support our sales and sustainability teams. This position would also be involved in and lead Independent's marketing/social media efforts. This is your chance to make a difference, so apply today! REPORTING DUTIES: 1. Monthly Environmental Report Creation/Distribution 2. Support Waste Audits and Reporting 3. LEED Construction Reports Creation/Distribution - Enter data from recycling drivers' routes into our Trux database and maintain environmental routes. - Set up new accounts for environmental statements. - Create and distribute Environmental Reports to 100+ customers monthly. - Send yearly Environmental Reports to customers along with future recycling tips - Assist in coordinating audit procedures and dates with the customer, dispatch, and the recycling plant. - Assist in performing LEED-certified waste audits on customer containers. - Assist in creating a comprehensive report for customers tracking the contents found in containers. - Generate, save, and send LEED reports to customers. - Respond to customer inquiries regarding said reports.
