Job description

The VM Intern will support the Visual Merchandising Italy team through organizational coordination, VM tools management, creative development, and reporting. The intern will also lead specific Italian VM actions in partnership with the Merchandising team, ensuring qualitative execution and contributing to the creation of visual materials including 3D designs for local events and guidelines. ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT: - Assist with the daily organizational needs of the VM department. - Facilitate communication between the VM team and Italian Office departments (Merchandising, Operations, Marketing). - Coordinate team-related projects such as organizing local workshops, team buildings, and seminars. - Support the orchestration and logistics of VM events with internal teams and Europe/Global. LEADERSHIP ON VM LOCAL ACTIONS: - Act as the project leader for VM Action initiatives in Italy, ensuring proper execution and alignment with objectives defined with the Merchandising team. - Collaborate closely with Merchandising to understand commercial priorities, identify impactful actions, and translate them into VM executions. - Produce high-quality photo reports showcasing results, improvement...
