Writes and owns product requirements through delivery. This is not a Project Manager or technical role. The position centers on product strategy, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile delivery within a Medicaid environment The Senior Product Owner maximizes the value of products delivered by Agile teams. This role is business-focused , serving as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams to ensure the right product is built, in the right order, and aligned with business goals. You will report to an Associate Director and be a part of the Migration Project team. This role will be part of an Agile Scrum team responsible for migrating existing trading partners from a vendor-managed system to a Humana-owned rules engine platform.
