PANTRY COORDINATOR (PART TIME)

Job description

Receive and verify deliveries, reconcile discrepancies, inspect product quality and expiration dates, and stock pantry areas while maintaining proper inventory levels using FIFO (first-in, first-out) rotation. Restock office pantry items (beverages, snacks, coffee supplies, condiments) and ensure proper handling and storage of perishable goods, including maintaining required refrigeration standards. Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and minor maintenance on coffee and water equipment; report malfunctions and coordinate repairs with service technicians.
