Title: Head Field Hockey Coach Department: Athletics Employment Status: Full Time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Organizational Relationship: Reports to the Senior Women’s Administrator Job Purpose To administer all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division I Women’s Field Hockey program in compliance with NCAA, conference, institutional, and departmental regulations. Duties/Responsibilities Essential Functions Coaching: - Communicate effectively with coaching staff, administrative colleagues, and student-athletes. - Organize, direct, and administer all aspects of the field hockey program. - Develop the program to remain competitive within the conference. - Create a safe and positive environment for student-athletes to excel. - Emphasize Wagner College Student-Athlete Ethics and Expectations. - Demonstrate good sportsmanship and maintain professional conduct at all times.
