Overview This Flexible Talent position is responsible for providing as needed, outpatient care for our patients and assisting our physicians in all clinical areas of the practice. Must be compassionate, dedicated and driven towards providing outstanding patient care. Candidates should have availability Monday-Friday anywhere from 8am-5pm. This is an hourly position working no more than 29 hrs/week. Responsibilities: - Opportunity to assist various clinical departments with a variety of patient populations - Triage of incoming patients by obtaining vital signs, chief complaint, reconciling medication list, reconciling allergies and preparing patient for the visit. - Assist physicians with examinations, minor surgeries, diagnostic procedures, and treatments. Provide basic patient care and examinations as directed. - Administer injection of medications or immunizations in accordance with approved nursing protocols. Observe the patient for any reaction to medications, immunizations, treatments, and significant incidents. - Cross-train with LPN staff nurses to be able to perform all diagnostic procedures, i.e.; visual exams, ear lavage, EKG, Spirometry, all injections, helping with phar...
