THE SALVATION ARMY North and Central Illinois Division: Wonderland Camp and Conference Center: POSITION DESCRIPTION: POSITION TITLE : Housekeeper: LOCATION/DEPT : Wonderland Camp and Conference Center REPORTS TO : Housekeeping Supervisor: FLSA CATEGORY : Non-Exempt: STATUS TYPE : RFT: PAY GRADE: 201: PAY RANGE: $15.00 - $18.53: MISSION: The Salvation Army Wonderland Camp and Conference Center exists to support the ministry of the Salvation Army by providing the opportunity to experience Christ through focused programs in a natural, safe, camp conference environment. OUTCOMES: To prepare and clean areas that are used regularly. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Motel and deluxe housing will be cleaned, beds made, bathrooms cleaned, towels distributed and floors vacuumed. In a timely manner. - Dorms, cabins, will be disinfected, bathroom and showers cleaned and blankets and pillows folded neatly on each bed. - Preform seasonal deep cleaning of windows, walls, floors, etc. - Assist the custodians during peak workloads with moving furniture, cleaning meeting areas, restrooms, etc. - All other duties as assigned (this may entail other camp departments).
