THE ROLE: The Global Head of O&M Engineering will lead and continuously evolve Wise Energy’s global Operations & Maintenance (O&M) engineering capability across all regions, asset classes and client portfolios. This senior, strategically critical role sets global engineering standards, shapes O&M strategy, and ensures consistent, high-quality delivery through third party partners to maximise long term asset value. This role ensures that all O&M expenditure translates into superior asset performance, reliability, and long-term value creation. As the strategic owner of O&M relationships, the position will establish trusted partnerships, define clear expectations, and rigorously manage provider performance to deliver excellence Acting as WiseEnergy’s senior technical authority for operational assets, you will oversee asset performance, availability, compliance and risk mitigation through strong governance and data-led oversight.
