Physician, Ob/Gyn Hospitalist - ( 2602765 ) Description JOB DESCRIPTION: UTMB Health Women’s Health Care Group (WHCG) OBGYN Opportunity: The UTMB Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking an OBGYN Physician (Nocturnist) for UTMB’s Women’s Health Care Group. The Women’s Health Care Group is an employed, “private-practice” model group within UTMB’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Being part of a diverse department with strong sub-specialties including Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, Urogynecology and Minimally Invasive Gynecology allows Women’s Health Care Group physicians access to these sub-specialty services, fellowship and resident support, and teaching opportunities. The Women’s Health Care Group’s Clear Lake practice operates as an employed physician group with a “private-practice” feel rather than a traditional academic practice. The growing group performs approximately 600 deliveries annually. With plenty of room for advancement, this practice provides full-scope Obstetrics and Gynecology services to the area community.
