What you will do: - Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with system-wide goals. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making. - Operational Oversight: Direct financial operations for all Kentucky Region entities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis. - Revenue Cycle Management: In collaboration with system revenue cycle and reimbursement leadership, oversee revenue cycle functions to ensure optimal billing, collections, and reimbursement performance. - Capital Planning & Investment: Collaborate with system leadership on capital planning and financial modeling for new initiatives and service lines. - Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal controls, and financial policies.
