CentraCare is an EEO/AA employer. - $51.81 hourly - Per Diem | 0-16 hours every two weeks - Saturday and Sunday every 4th weekend, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Additional hours may be available. - Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy and successful completion of clinical training. - Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy obtained within 6 months. - Registered through the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Occupational Therapist or Temporary Occupational Therapist permit required with Occupational Therapist license obtained within 90 Days.
