SUMMARY: The Leadership Giving Officer helps advance the University of Richmond’s mission to provide an academically challenging, intellectually vibrant, and collaborative education that prepares students for lives of purpose and leadership—while also supporting the University’s public campaign launch in the fall of 2026. This position contributes to that mission by: The Leadership Giving Officer manages a portfolio of rated prospects primarily in the Northeast U.S., with concentrated activity in New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey. Additional travel and virtual engagement will occur in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine to cultivate and steward alumni and parent relationships.
