Job description

You are responsible for overseeing project lifecycles, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation of customer-centric digital initiatives within the Customer Success team at Bloomberg Industry Group. You serve as the operational backbone of the team keeping content moving from concept to publication, ensures nothing falls through the cracks. You will work across various departments, utilizing different platforms and software applications, interacting with our customers and internal teams to drive adoption, usage, and retention. What You Will Do: Lead content production coordination by managing the calendar from brief to publication and coordinating review workflows between team members to ensure timely feedback and project progression. Oversee multiple content projects through effective project management, identifying potential conflicts and maintaining a central tracking system for team visibility while aligning production timelines with content roadmap milestones and product releases.
