Job Overview The Incident Response Analyst is a key member of the Incident Response Center (IRC), responsible for 24/7 monitoring, first-level analysis, triage, and escalation of alerts related to data center infrastructure and services. This role ensures continuous health, availability, and security of data center operations by monitoring critical systems, detecting events, assessing impact, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely resolution. The Analyst provides real-time situational awareness across data center facilities, network and server systems, environmental controls, cloud infrastructure, and external risk factors. Key Responsibilities: Monitor alarms and alerts across data center infrastructure, including network and server devices, hardware health indicators (disk usage, temperature, etc.), WAN circuits, local connectivity, and facility environmental systems such as temperature, humidity, power, racks, and PDUs. Monitor Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), cloud dashboards, and relevant monitoring tools for system health and service availability.
