Job description

Job Summary: Washes all dishware, glassware, pots/pans and utensils according to Whiskey Creek standards. Re-stocks all items in the correct locations. Does whatever it takes to help the team provide the highest quality and greatest value to our guests. Essential Job Functions: - Accomplishes their job with a positive attitude. - Checks restrooms, sweeps and mops floor surfaces. - Scrapes and sprays dishes, glassware and silverware. Places dishes in appropriate racks and runs them through the dishwasher. Then checks them for quality prior to stocking. - Set-up the presoaking of silverware prior to washing. - Washes any item by hand as required. - Controls service ware breakage and silverware loss. - Stocks all areas with clean dishware, glassware, pots/pans and utensils. - Empties and cleans trash receptacles on a regular basis. - Completes assigned back-up duties as required. - Wears appropriate uniform and maintains appearance according to Whiskey Creek dress code. Qualification Standards: - Ability to take verbal directions. - Ability to lift and move up to 50+ pounds of dishware, trash, and supplies several times throughout shift.
