Job description

Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts, to lead and grow our Data Center strategy across Strategic Accounts. This role is responsible for owning and expanding Carlisle’s position with key owners, developers, designers, and builders—while providing leadership across a vertically aligned commercial team and external partners. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct responsibility for shaping how Carlisle engages, wins, and scales within one of the fastest-growing construction verticals in the industry. This job will typically be expected to perform duties Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend work and travel. Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead strategic account growth, owning key national and enterprise-level relationships. - Build, lead, and develop a team of Strategic Account Managers to drive long-term, scalable growth. - Develop and execute vertical-specific sales and account strategies aligned with market demand, customer priorities, and Carlisle’s long-term growth objectives. - Build and expand executive-level relationships with Building Owners, Developers, Architects, Engineers, and General Contractors. - Provide leadershi...
