Job Description: Description of the job A vacancy for a Space Systems Electrical Architect has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Madrid (Getafe). The successful applicant will join the Electrical Systems Engineering Departmen. The Electrical Architect will contribute to specifying, decomposing, developing and integrating electrical and electronic systems and sub-systems for satellite platforms and payloads (including active antennas), and for applications including Telecommunications, Earth Observation, Science and Navigation. He/she will work in a multi-disciplinary engineering team and will contribute to the on-cost, on-time and on-quality product delivery to customer. RESPONSIBILITIES: Your main tasks and responsibilities will include: Under the coordination of the System Engineering Manager, manage all technical aspects related to electrical sub-systems and equipment, including electrical power and Data Handling sub-systems.
