Overview The HR Coordinator provides critical administrative, operational, and project support across the Human Resources function. This role serves as a central point of coordination for enterprise-wide HR communications, recognition programs, org chart management, and a variety of employee-facing HR processes. The coordinator partners closely with HR leadership, Executive Assistants, Talent teams, and key stakeholders to ensure HR activities, events, and communications are accurate, timely, and well organized. Responsibilities: - Supports contract administration in Apttus. - Manages HR meeting logistics. - Facilitates records retention and archival processes. - Assists with core HR operations including unemployment claims, employment verifications, tuition reimbursement, student loan forgiveness forms, invoices, and purchase order creation and maintenance. - Plays a key role in planning HR-sponsored events, supporting PMO scheduling for Workday implementation meetings, and assisting in organizations).
