Job DetailsJob Location: New London, WI 54961Position Type: Full TimeJob Purpose The Customer Service & Sales Supervisor oversees customer service, transportation and other retail inventory, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely processes. This role is responsible for assessing and managing commercial haulers, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and identifying the most profitable sales venues for donated items. The Supervisor will also lead a team, ensuring alignment with Rawhide’s mission, operational goals, and financial objectives. Essential Functions: Supervise transportation and logistics of donated items to ensure timely and efficient delivery Supervise the customer service team, providing back up, guidance and direction Supervise the Wholesale Sales and vendor relationships Lead and support a team, providing training, direction, and performance feedback.
