Birgo Capital is seeking an elite Partner, Capital Formation to own the next phase of our growth. ABOUT BIRGO: Birgo Capital is a Pittsburgh-based private equity real estate firm with ~ $340M in AUM . We acquire and operate multifamily properties with a team of 100+ people who believe that excellent operations and meaningful impact are not in conflict. We're on track to reach $1B in AUM by 2030. With 33 consecutive quarters of distributions and a loyal investor base across 40+ states, we are now ready to partner with the person who will take our capital formation to the next level — THE ROLE: The Capital Partner is responsible for one outcome: raising $75M–$100M of accredited investor equity annually . This is an end-to-end ownership role — from sourcing and relationship development through closed capital and reinvestment.
