The SME will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and vision and will conduct valued research to shape and inform the program’s software development roadmap, planning, and execution. The SME will also assist in obtaining inputs from multiple SMEs to derive operational plans and roadmaps, while demonstrating the ability to write & vet requirements (user stories) with acceptance criteria for system review engineers and government stakeholders during periodic Integrated Project Team (IPT) meetings.
