Get to Know the Role: Work within the Aerie Sweaters team and implement the supervisor's direction in all aspects of the design process, from initial concept stage to presentation, to development and execution of the final product. What You’ll Do: - Work closely with team to design category-specific product based on design direction given for Sweaters - Learn and understand raw materials, yarn count, gauge, sweater construction, etc. - Perform daily follow-up using email and PLM - Interact with merchants and vendors to develop working partnership - Observe presentation techniques and be prepared to make preliminary presentations - Maintain daily tasks while designer travels including fit sessions - Perform preliminary design resear...
