As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you’ll be part of our TOTAL JCB team focused on the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of heavy equipment, including but not limited to repairing/replacing hydraulic components, diesel engines, and electrical motors on construction and agricultural equipment, along with working on and operating a crane including rigging of heavy components, ensuring you address the problem and not just the symptom. You’ll also be expected to identify additional safety, mechanical, and other items in need of repair when working on the equipment, and to submit quotes and completed work orders each day. Please note that if you’re assigned a field territory, you will need to be able to park a company vehicle at your residence and drive to various customer locations, so your DMV record needs to be solid.
