Job description

Currently, we’re looking for a Search Manager to lead a small team of search specialists across Organic Search, AI Visibility, Paid Search, and related search programs. This role is responsible for translating company and product priorities into effective search plans, driving strong execution, and improving visibility, pipeline contribution, and return on investment across assigned products and markets. You will combine people leadership with hands-on oversight of channel strategy, performance, and operational excellence. You will partner closely with demand generation, web, analytics, product marketing, and sales operations teams, while guiding agency partners and ensuring high-quality execution across the function. You will also help the team apply AI and automation in practical ways that improve efficiency, quality, and insight generation.
