The Opportunity: Mosaic is seeking a Planner to work out of our Nanaimo office on Vancouver Island, British Columbia . The Role: Reporting to the Manager, Planning, the Planner is responsible for managing and coordinating a wide range of land use planning activities and project work plans, including rezonings, subdivisions, development permits, and zoning bylaw amendments. This position plays a key role in supporting Mosaic’s development pipeline, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance projects through regulatory approvals.
