ROLE OVERVIEW: The successful candidate will join the Private Wealth Management Experienced Hire Recruiting Team focused on the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for US-based private wealth advisors (PWAs). This is a high-visibility role requiring a sophisticated understanding of the wealth management landscape, exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to operate with a high level of integrity in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL: - Partner closely with key stakeholders including Regional Heads and PWM Leadership to understand local market needs, define the profile of a successful PWA and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and solutions. - Execute end-to-end recruitment processes in managing activities from initial role opening and “cold” outreach to complex offer negotiation and candidate onboarding. - Develop and execute a multi-channel sourcing strategy to identify top-performing advisors at competitor firms (wirehouses, boutiques, and independent RIAs) and build relationships with prospective candidates for current and future roles within private wealth. - Maintain a deep understanding of...
