Job description

Urban, Ltd. provides full-service civil engineering, transportation engineering, land planning, landscape architecture, and surveying services to private and public sector clients throughout the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Urban is seeking a Licensed Land Survey Professional to manage a portfolio of projects for its survey department. This position can be based in Annandale or Chantilly, VA. The compensation range (commensurate with experience) for this position is: $ 110,000 - $180,000. Qualifications of an Ideal Candidate: must be a Licensed Land Surveyor (PLS) in Virginia, MD or DC. Final testing for PLS License in progress – considered Requires a high school diploma: Requires a minimum of six years of surveying experience Proficiency in Land Surveying, including the latest technology Strong CAD Software Background: Key Responsibilities Include: Assist in managing a team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
