Housing Officer: Permanent: Grade C- £35,412 - £44,075: Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week: An exciting opportunity has arisen within the City Housing Directorate of Birmingham City Council. As one of the largest landlords with a retained housing stock, we deliver a range of services across the city and work in partnership with our communities to provide well managed homes and neighbourhoods. This Housing Officer role will be working in the Central and North parts of the city, reporting to the Housing Manager. You will need to be flexible to respond to demand across the entire area when called upon. This position is responsible for supervising Neighbourhood Visiting Officers on a daily basis, responding to emergency situations when they arise.
