As a member of the Passenger Service Team, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient airport experience for passengers. Your responsibilities will include checking in passengers at the ticket counter and gates, verifying documentation, assigning seats, providing gate information, checking baggage, and assisting passengers with any issues or concerns during their time at the airport. Position Highlights: - Customer Focused : Provide exceptional service by assisting passengers with check-in, baggage, and any other needs at the airport. - Bilingual: Arabic speaker will receive an additional $1.00/hr premium Primary Accountabilities and Duties: - Comply with the Location’s attendance/tardiness standards - Computerized check-in of passengers for international and domestic travel - Designate seat assignments - Verify documentation for international and domestic flights - Ensure correct boarding passes are provided to each passenger for the assigned charter flight - Verify ticket and seat reservations - Match manifest to on-board count - Assist with various governmental agency requirements - Connect and disconnect Jetway/stairs as necessary - Announce arrivals and depart...
