This position coordinates efforts to increase state agency involvement in early childhood initiatives that will expand community capacity for early childhood mental health for children from birth to 6 and their families. This is the only position within the Office of Child and Family Services (OCFS) that provides statewide leadership in the development, planning, implementation and coordination of statewide early childhood mental health policy and programming.
