Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel Position Summary: The Barista at our &More Sheraton Coffee Outlet is responsible for creating, preparing, and serving high-quality specialty coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This role delivers an elevated coffeehouse experience by engaging guests, making personalized recommendations, and showcasing a variety of artisanal beverage offerings. The Barista contributes to a welcoming and energetic atmosphere while maintaining operational excellence, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards. This position requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and blended beverages, to standard recipes - Customize guest orders accurately and efficiently - Provide knowledgeable recommendations and educate guests on menu offerings - Operate espresso machines, brewing equipment, and related tools safely and effectively - Input orders into MICROS/POS system and process payments accurately - Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations at all times - Perfor...
