Your role in our team The Functional Lead for the Customer Portal is responsible for the end‑to‑end functional design and evolution of the portal. In this role, you ensure the portal supports the vision of seamlessly connecting customers and Körber through a radically simple digital experience. You act as the central interface between business stakeholders, customers, leadership, solution architecture, and global development teams.
