We currently have an opportunity for a Contract Manager to join our Health & Education team and play a key role in delivering safe, compliant and high‑performing facilities services within a complex tertiary healthcare environment. Reporting to the General Manager, Health & Tertiary Education, you’ll help deliver high‑quality outcomes that support critical health services and patient care. This role is based on the Sunshine Coast, within Australia’s largest PPP hospital, and is open to candidates looking to relocate to the area. The site presents a unique and highly rewarding operational environment, combining high‑security healthcare infrastructure, in‑house trades, and a substantial retail portfolio. Success in this role is driven through strong leadership of large, multidisciplinary teams, senior‑level stakeholder engagement, and disciplined delivery of lifecycle, contract and compliance obligations.
