Department: 10000 IL Home Health Divisional - Divisional Administrative Expense Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Prefer Chicago Based RN Pay Range: $86.75 - $138.80 Major Responsibilities: - Provides strategic input, develops and implements the Home Health program within the Continuing Health division. Monitor business and marketing plans to stimulate growth and increase capture within the Advocate Health Midwest Region. Assure that the program is integrated operationally and aligned with the organizational goals and strategies. Monitors and evaluates program performance and recommends and helps implement appropriate changes to leadership and stakeholders to achieve optimal results. - Accountable for developing strategic and annual operating plans for home health (multi -state). Assuring that the program is in alignment with the continuing health division.
