We're currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our residential care team! Job Summary: Provides direct care to individuals living in a residential setting. Follows the outlined plan of care, identifies health-related needs, monitors medical status, and reports changes to the on-call RN, and collaborates with residential staff to support the individuals in their community residence. Schedule: Tuesday 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Wednesday 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Thursday 3:00 pm- 11:00 pm, Friday 3:00 pm- 11:00 pm, Saturday 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm (40hrs) Qualifications: Job Type: Part Time (32) hrs. Pay Rate: $42.00/hr. Work Environment: Works in the community in a home setting with either multiple residents or someone who lives independently.
