Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 11 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or product strategy, with a focus on the semiconductor, mobile, or consumer electronics sectors. - Experience in the silicon life cycle, from initial architecture and PPA (Power, Performance, Area) trade-offs to commercialization and lifecycle management. Preferred qualifications: - Master’s degree, MBA or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, specializing in SoC architecture or AI/ML, or a related field. - Experience influencing C-suite or VP-level decisions on multi-year investment roadmaps and product portfolios. - Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive consensus across massive, matrixed organizations (e.g., engineering, supply chain, finance, and marketing). - Strong business acumen, including profit and loss management, long-range financial planning, and the ability to link technical specifications to market-moving business outcomes.
