This role manages production and the daily operations regarding our field tree care crews (Groundsmen, Climbers, Tree Care Specialists), ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery on every job. The Tree Care Supervisor will be directly responsible for daily crew oversight, customer satisfaction, job quality, training coordination, and maintaining operational standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Field Leadership & Oversight: Manage daily operations multiple tree care crews, including Groundsmen, Climbers, Tree Care Specialists, and Foreman. Oversee daily job site setup, crew safety, proper equipment usage, and adherence to company policies is followed, trained and managed.
