What You'll Do As a Strategic Business Development Manager at Adobe, you will play a pivotal role in improving customer experiences and driving business growth. This outstanding opportunity allows you to work in Munich, partnering with diverse teams to successfully implement Adobe’s world-class offerings. You will be instrumental in qualifying discovery insights, customizing demos, and engaging customers to expand our footprint. Demonstrating Adobe's proven relationships with enterprise customers, you will: - Qualify discovery insights collected by CSM, validate session agenda, and confirm attendee profiles - Ensure accurate context and details on customers’ ecosystems, workflows, and technologies - Select relevant use cases, customize demos, and deliver impactful sessions - Qualify readiness for formal POCs or equivalent experience - Demonstrate specific value against pre-agreed critical metrics - Leverage successful implementations to expand to other departments - Encourage customer testimonials based on successful use case implementations To be effective, you need the capacity to: Generate actionable insights to inform Product and GTM teams about efficiency. - Probe and challeng...
