Who We Are: Opening its doors over 45 years ago, FSSI is a leading document outsourcing company servicing Fortune 500 companies in the financial, banking, insurance and billing industries across the U.S. We are currently looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to manage all outgoing payments, processing invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely payments to vendors while maintaining positive vendor relationships. Schedule: This role requires full-time, onsite presence, Monday through Friday, at our Santa Ana, CA location. Your Essential Duties: - Ensure thorough review of invoices and payments for accuracy and completeness. - Review and update processes for proper handling and coding of invoices to maintain general ledger expense account and inventory records. - Review and verify Purchase Orders and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy in coding. - Reconcile accounts payable aging report to general ledger balances. - Ensure purchase orders related to purchases made exclusively for Customers are submitted to billing team in a timely manner. - Assist with preparing correct and timely budget reports and purchase journals. - Participate in the recor...
