About the job. National Highways is seeking a Technical Support Analyst (Tier 1) to join our Digital Services team. The Technical Support Analyst will provide daily onsite IT support to NH office locations, including assistance with printers, computers, peripherals, and telephone equipment. The role also involves managing application, system, and network issues to resolution and supporting new installations, migrations, and office moves. This is a full-time, office-based role requiring candidates to work on-site at our Guildford office five days per week. The position primarily involves providing IT support via the on-site tech bar, with additional responsibility for visiting outstations, depots, RCC, and other regional locations. About you. About us.
