We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service advisor to join our team. Please note this will be a Fixed Term Contract (1 year) You will be the first point of contact (Phone/Email & Live Chat) for our customers so delivery of outstanding customer service will be key. As part of your role you will also get to liaise with GP practices to request prescriptions and resolve any queries they may have. The role also includes regular administrative tasks including managing our clinicians schedule, quality improvement tasks, and developing content for our knowledge centre. You will be part of a small team that is growing and opportunities to develop your career will be available. We really need people who are comfortable on the phone and able to analyse and resolve any issues. If you like a fast-paced environment then this role is for you. If you have experience of Zendesk that would be beneficial.
