Description Job Summary: The Residential Home Design Lead is responsible for leading the home design department while driving design excellence, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. This leadership role oversees daily design operations, develops team performance, ensures technical accuracy, and partners closely with Sales to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
