Description Title: IT Support Technician: Department: Technology: Reports to: IT Support Manager: Status: Salaried - Exempt: POSITION SUMMARY: The IT Support Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and general maintenance of technical systems across all locations, working alongside the IT Support Manager on a small, hands-on team. This role focuses on resolving tickets and keeping day to day technology running; and includes deploying new hardware and performing preventative maintenance. This position will be part of an on-call rotation and will require travel between any and all Colectivo locations (including Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicago areas). SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: - Deploy, maintain, and support technical systems such as, but not limited to: POS (Square), computers and peripherals, data networks, guest wifi, security cameras, smartphones, and printers. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting company devices, using remote support tools and travel as needed. - Perform routine preventative maintenance such as cable management, hardware cleaning, and identifying equipment in need of replacement. - Physically organize, neaten, and simplify network...
