Position Summary Directly supervise clients while assisting psychiatric providers with client health history/assessment at psychiatric appointments. Rooming of clients prior to provider appointments. Provide brief health screenings to program clients to determine appropriate linkages to primary care and work closely with their Primary Care Provider (or arrange for PCP assignment).
