Your role: Our Property Managers have full ownership of the physical assets and financial performance of the community, creating a desirable community with a strong emphasis on excellence in customer service and leadership. What you will do: - Maintains a high-quality on-site team through effective coaching/training, communication, and overall leadership to ensure the team is fulfilling their highest potential - Collaborates with the leasing team to ensure all social media outlets are regularly utilized and develops a marketing plan and sales strategies - Leads daily/weekly inspirational team meetings with the goal to exceed and be the best in a competitive market - Maintains thorough product knowledge of the community and competition - Interacts with residents with the highest level of customer service - Ensures that all physical aspects of the property are fully operational and safe - Inspects grounds, buildings, and apartments regularly - Implements all policies and procedures outlined in the company policies - Reads and understands financial reports and budgets of the community - Understands economic occupancy as compared to the vacancy rate on each property and how delinquent...
