In this role, you'll: be working as part of a team delivering compulsory land acquisition and statutory land transaction outcomes for major transport infrastructure projects, this role will see you supporting and coordinating statutory land transactions to enable timely project delivery. You will manage compulsory acquisition processes, coordinate possession and compensation activities, provide advice to project teams and senior leaders, and contribute to continuous improvement of land acquisition practices. You will navigate statutory processes, stakeholder expectations and competing priorities to deliver fair, compliant, and timely land acquisition outcomes in a complex, highly regulated infrastructure delivery environment.
