HWI has a temporary opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition Team as a Recruiter II. Summary The Recruiter develops recruiting and sourcing strategies to support the talent needs of the organization. This role is responsible for ownership of the entire recruiting function of the organization and continually finds opportunities for improvements. The Recruiter partners with hiring managers and key business leaders to ensure timely understanding of HarbisonWalker Internationals current and future talent needs and related recruiting demands. Responsibilities: - Sourcing through media, technological and social solutions that support our talent acquisition strategy; responsible for public relations as well as branding and marketing in local communities and universities - Upholding metrics that evaluate all talent acquisition programs and initiatives across the organization; driving results, ensuring that staffing activity is meeting/exceeding client requirements - Conducting employment screening interviews for internal and external applicants, of all levels and types of positions, including management; realistically describe to applicants the responsibilities of any appropriate positio...
